These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of Stepi ("Platform" or "Service"), a student edtech platform, provided by Ackeron Technologies & Securities ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any additional terms and conditions and policies that may be posted on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

User Eligibility:

The Platform is intended for use by students, Teachers and other professionals who are at least 17 years old. We are not permitting users below the age of 17 years old to use our Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

User Accounts:

In order to access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account information with any third party.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized activity.

User Content:

The Platform allows users to post, upload, and share content, including text, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). By posting User Content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post and share your User Content on the Platform. You further represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. You must not engage in any activity that:
Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Platform. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or any user accounts. Impersonates any person or entity or falsely represents your affiliation with any person or entity. Harasses, threatens, or intimidates any other users of the Platform. Contains any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Intellectual Property Rights:

The Platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Platform, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We also do not make any representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content available on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without liability to you.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Community Standards:

We are aiming to provide a better ed-tech platform for students to enhance their skills. Stepi has a community where people can share their ideas, message each other, apply for employment, and learn new skills through courses.

We prohibit users from sharing or discussing pornography, violence, or political concerns. Failure to comply will result in a permanent ban from our platform.

Community Feed Policy:

We allow our users (Students & Teachers) to share content and thoughts which helps other users to gain knowledge. You are responsible for Content that you post on or through the Platform, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. If the event post violates our community standards, we will delete the feed from our site permanently and restrict the user for one week.

Events Policy:

Teachers are only permitted to post an event on our site. We charge a fee of Rs. 50 for posting an event. The event post must have a clear view of the title, location, date and time, and related documents. If the event post violates our community standards, we will delete the event from our site permanently and restrict the teacher for one week. Teachers can view their previous event history and share content in the Community feed.

Jobs & Internship:

We allow users to apply for jobs through our platform. This includes internships, part-time jobs and fresher jobs. All the jobs posted in the platform are maintained by the Stepi Admin Team. If you face any issue on the job & Internship posting please contact us through [email protected]

Block & Report Policy:

To avoid posts from relevant users, we provide a block tool for all users.The Report tool is designed to notify us of a post that you believe violates our Community Standards.

Payment Refund Policy:

We provide a wide range of courses for students to upskill their knowledge. The courses are extracted from YouTube creators; we do not own the YouTube videos. We conduct quizzes at the end, and if the user passes the quiz, we provide a certificate for 99 rupees.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.
